Counseling Services

It takes strength and courage to meet with a counselor. If you are willing to open up and share your story in counseling, then you are taking a big step toward taking care of yourself in an important way.

Counseling can be a valuable opportunity to address these types of concerns. We will work together to determine your counseling goals. We will talk about who you are, what you want, what barriers you might be facing, and how you might be able to optimize your life. I will provide support and guidance while empowering you to take any action steps that make sense along the way. 

Sessions typically occur once per week and last 50 minutes. Counseling may be a brief process or it might involve a more extended commitment, depending on your unique concerns and the counseling approach that will most effectively help you attain your goals. This is something we will determine together.
